The measure of representation is the extent to which a person represents the genuine interests of those represented. The extent to which a person allows any act that is contrary to the interests of his/her constituency is the extent to which that person should be charged with corruption along with other crimes which may be indicated. It matters not a whit which party the person is identifying with.
