Jindal's super smart like Condi, but he announced a few days ago he doesn't want VP

Why should he? McCain has a good chance to lose, for one, and then he'd be out of the Governor's office after only months in the big house.

Better to serve out a term or two as Governor and run in 2012 or 2016 with executive experience.
