No, that can and will be raised. I refer to SS and Medicare
liabilities of 75 Trillion (current value of future
liabilities), plus the cash deficit that they report and
finance. The Fed's balance sheet is about 1 Trillion, and
more than 1/2 is used for temporary facilities. The desire
to inflate SS is great, but Medicare is non-inflatable, thus
a bigger problem.
