That's what I thought. You were more bothered by his 'tude than by his opinion.

If "judicial philosophy" were really that, I might agree with you. But we all know that "judicial philosophy" means "political philosophy." Whether I agree with a nominee's politics or not, I don't think that speaks to qualifications.
