I understand what the SPR is for. However, we need to be practical about it. Are we in any imminent danger of a supply disruption? Hardly. So it isn't urgent to continue adding to the SPR right now when prices are at an all time high. That's poor management in my opinion. In addition, it takes supply off the market, which increases prices. Again, not smart, since the consumer is suffering right now.
