Finally I would love to hear Obama say we need supreme court justices that value human rights over corporate rights. Er, shouldn't they be valuing the law over either?

I would like to see McCain make the case to the American public that we need SC justices who value the constitution.

McCain stated today he would choose SC judges just as Bush has. WE are in trouble for a balanced court. Scalia wants to interpret the decisions predicated on the Constitution and the THINKING of those who wrote it. That's like me trying to argue on this board for the way things were in the fifties for me. I think that the idea has merit but his practices don't..He was interviewed on 60 Minutes and I wonder how many of you caught it. Quite a brilliant guy however with a host of degrees and never less than an A.
