We have a blood thirsty passing party at Christmas every year ... where you can Steal someone elses Gift. [You know Pick a number, go to the pile in order of numbers drawn .. and Nab a Gift already opened or go to the Pile ?] This Year I Nabbed a Cookbook and some Southern Comfort Stuff .. Dry Rub and BBQ Sauce. I don't know why they call it Dry Rub .. It's Moist. ;) [must have a lot of Southern Comfort in it]. I have had to use a fork to break it up / separate it in order to use it. It's kinda Gooey. ;) But it's Very Very Good. I've used it on Bone in Skin on Chicken Breast [tonite] .. NY Strips .. Flank Steak .. Pork Chops / Pork Loins .. Baby Back Ribs. I may actually make some Hot Tea with it .. lol It's a winner.
