WFC looks good LT. It is one of the few banks that has increased their potential earnings power, as they build their business, deposits and loans while their rivals are diluting their shareholders and trying to stay intact while shedding pieces and remaking their business model. i figure that WFC can make 4$/share in a decent year, but of course during the next 1-2 years loan losses and the recession will continue to mask the earnings power so i think there is going to be a reasonable chance to get WFC for around 25$ again.

What people who are speculating on a comeback of Citigroup et. all. are forgetting is that they now have many more shares outstanding and their business of creating and trading funny paper is going to be dead for a long time. I do not think that C will earn 4$/share for a long time to come.
