"It ain't gonna be easy, folks. There are a lot of hard feelings. Some awfully nasty things have been tossed out there by both sides. There will be a lot of hurt among Clinton supporters. It will be far easier for Obama supporters to be gracious in their victory than for Clinton supporters to be gracious in their defeat. And it will be a lot better for the Democratic Party, too. It's not going to be easy in the fall, either. Anyone who is talking landslide is selling you a Brooklyn Bridge - with apologies to the nice folks in Brooklyn. You can count on the Gopper swiftboaters to do anything and everything in their power to divide the American public and to villify Barack Obama. Only if we Democrats are united do we stand any chance of prevailing. Congratulations to Senator Obama for a superb victory! dailykos.com
