I am watching SSW as right now. I still don't have a good feel for management. On the surface they look like thay have long term stable leases on their ships, but their payment ratio and the last quarter's lose bothers me.

Testing the old resistance level on the SPY



It needs to hold over the next few days or a next down trend may have started that you take the SPY back into the old range bound channel.
