thanks for the response. i will investigate Fidelity tomorrow. i know Fidelity had an office in downtown denver, which should make customer service accessible.

I also have Fidelity account. Pretty good prices if you get their Silver or Gold commissions. Their international stock commissions for some of the XXXXF symbols are pretty high though... Did not try to buy on foreign exchanges, but apparently they charge even more for that.
