gee, nadine they might be uninsured because they cant afford it.

after all that is the logic behind national health.....to make sure the middle class can have affordable insurance.

For any uninsured emergency room deaths, the hospital should be able to claim the body and sell the organs and bits and pieces to the highest bidder, unless the bills are paid immediately.

That would make them profitable, keen to take the uninsured, provide a healthy supply of parts to people dying to get a new liver, heart, skin graft etc.
