Your posts are false and misleading. I don't think George Dexter Morris wants to go to jail, so if he says that "on April 14, 2008 Labwire (trading symbol: LBWR) became a reporting company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission", then I believe him.

Actually, imo, your posts are false and misleading. You conveniently leave out key words, you conveniently twist words and meanings to fit your agenda.

I see nothing false or misleading in LBWR's press release and I suggest if you feel LBWR is lying about being fully reporting, then contact the sec and have the company shut down for such a blatant and serious lie. I think the SEC would be very on top of it if a company claims something about the SEC that is not true.

Why not stop the ridiculous spin job you work so hard on and simply get LBWR shut down. I dont think you can. Why you ask?
