I understand the rule is this:

A company has to the end of the quarter they uplist in to complete all required filings. They are working on it and I'm sure after all the time and effort expended so far they will complete the process in accordance with the rule.

<<I am simply stating that it is false for Labwire to state they: becomes a sec reporting company>>

Really? If it is OK with you, I'll believe both the company and the SEC before I believe you and your misleading posts. Shorts, do you really think people are going to believe YOU over the SEC???

The below is a quote from creede who spoke to the company.

<<Called Marlin today. He confirmed what the PR said - that we are now a fully reporting OTC company. ALL material events will have an 8k. That means new contracts, contract modifications, contract renewals, management changes, and the like will all have to be filing via 8k within 72 hours.>>

Now, have you bothered to contact the sec to 1) Report that LBWR is falsely using the SEC name in it's pr's by falsely claiming they are an SEC reporting company or 2) Contacted the SEC to verify if LBWR is fully reporting?

<<Have they filed a 10k for 2007 or have they filed the 10 Q for the first quarter of 2008? NOPE so they are not a current SEC reporting company!>>

LOL.....Shorty, I am really disappointed. I thought you knew how the markets work. There are several stages as you know (well, I thought you did, but obviously you do not) and they are going thru each stage. I was going to provide the answer, but instead I will tell you to go back and do your own DD on the process and you will see when these have to be filed.

FYI, I spoke with my contact at the sec and e-mailed the LBWR PR. I asked if LBWR was now considered by the SEC as a fully reporting company.

I won't help you by giving the response, I will only say that you may wish to brush up on investing 101 as you are quite wrong with most of your comments.

Once again, I am going to believe the SEC instead of you, if that is OK with you?

But, no need for you to stop your comments. We truly hope you and your buddies will continue and we truly think some of you may be in for a big surprise!
