I would say people have a natural right to free speech, and don't lose that right when they act in concert rather than as individuals.

The constitutional question is perhaps a bit murkier, but still it seems that restricting the speech of corporations means you are restricting the speech of individuals. Corporations are not physical entities that literally speak or write for themselves. People speak or write, at the behest of the corporation, which is itself a collective interest of a number of individuals.
