Just speaking for myself, I will take a Harvard Law Review editor with overseas experience. It's a nice balance. Condi, OTOH, has been heavily involved in US foreign policy for eight years without ever actually living overseas at all, from what I could find. I wish Powell had run back in the 90's and been our first black president. I also wish he had resigned on principle in February 2003, so I would have trouble trusting him in the future. But I have no doubt that you and I have very different desirable traits in a President.
