most everything goes back to the bank anyway as they will not discount enough off huge first mtg's..play the REO side is much easier though those guys a the steps do get some substantial equity from time to time unlike tax sales where the real dumb money has been for a long time.

I see Bank Atlantic quietly hit a new low today. But is massive dilution already priced in or are these all going to be insolvent?
