Oh my goodness, a written warning for committing fraud? That should deter everyone.

So you are out the property if the clerk files the new fraudulent deed? It sure sounds that way. I wonder how many "new owners" end up on missing person reports at the local police precinct? I suspect it's a lot of them. The notary "disappears" as well since they were involved.

As I am thinking about it, I wonder how many people on missing person lists are scumbags who got what they deserved?
