Geode you are unintelligent as well as abusive and rude. You don't understand the difference between criminal neglect and murder and failing to save somebody despite best efforts. Let's hope you need an organ transplant soon so you can see what it's like to be dying for want of an organ while being stopped from living by people like you. Better still, let's hope it's your children or grandchildren so you can really know the anguish which people are going through today, right now, not in some imaginary world. But this is too far off topic unless we are including international travel for the purposes and- plenty of people are in fact traveling for various medical treatments now. Probably including kidney transplants, some of which are probably from involuntary donors [such as executed criminals in China - China does do some things sensibly, though their definition of "criminal" is questionable in many instances].
