Had a tuna salade with egg slices, olives, cheery tomatoes, fresh cut lettuce, delightful dressing, cucumber and a fresh baked roll and pint of ice water with lemon slice.

I have broccoli for my stir fry I am making in a bit. Mushrooms, onions (cuz it ain't a kitchen without onion), snaps, string beans, sesame oil, carrot, bell pepper red, green and orange, cabbage hearts, 3 sizes of shrimp including colossal, scallops(sea), pounded beef, pounded beef sirloin, pounded wild turkey breast, lobster bits and chunks, small crap meat lumps, scallions, fresh conk and of course pineapple hearts!

I conduct this in a large wok on the patio. I have to do three tosses of most and then mix them. Then I freeze what everyone doesn't devour.

A lot of work, but trust me a fast hot oil moment and the frozen tastes maybe better than the original.

The key is to stir fry the meats and crustaceans together. The vegetables will yield to those and accept their juices.

Well, I have made this in several parts as I cooked different elements.

got to get back out there soon
