It will be restructured. The business might exist in the one form or another but the company is due for a cancellation of old and issuance of new equity.

The current metrics after the spinoff will proove to be unsustainable. That said RHD is also not out of the woods. Ironically, also RHD was the result of a spinoff but it happened 10 years earlier.

I am no expert; yet I did ask some specialists about the prospects. Many said, the outlook for that sector is not pretty.
I view both of them as collateral damage caused by the ascent of google.

RHD, last I checked I see that the RHD mid term debt trades at a bit under 70%; it is rated B.

IAR is rated BB-
