This is what you want to believe. i warn against complacency. i think this country, if anything is WORSE than in 1972. i was a hardcore activist. Generation X, are activist??? 50% will stay home and watch the Comedy Channel. And i can't argue with that. My generation proved in 1972 that racing to get your vote in was a waste of time. You persist in believing you live in a democratic and great country. After election i will ship you some nitrous oxide to get you out of your depression. i am sorry, but i suspect you are going to get your heart broken.

Chinu, well said. The celebration on that day will be worldwide. Hope will be born again in the hearts of more than just Americans. I'm flabbergasted that everyone man and woman in the US doesn't understand that.
