I was not there and so I can't make a declarative statement such as you've just made, and seem happy to make on a regular basis with little or know qualification to do so, which is part of the reason you have no credibility around here. Just the same, I will point out a couple of things I did notice. 1) Surfers are almost universally lefties, remember Shawn Penn? 2) If you look at the video, you notice the fisherman cruising past some other surfers. Their behavior is telling. You never see surfers lying in that position. They have their feet and hands out of the water. If this video had been a set up they would have seen the stage getting set with mechanical fakery and their behavior would be different. Of course that could be staged as well but if you were an athlete who knew surfing and surfers that would be a near impossible stage to set. In fact the non-fake idea is the more likely to be doable. 3) Why do you lie about such innocuous stuff, when you clearly couldn't possibly know anything with such resoluteness, given the evidence? It only makes your credibility as a critic of politics go down even further, and the likelihood that you should ever be taken serious about anything even more remote, if that's even possible.
