Area51, ATP Oil & Gas (ATPG) -- yes, that plus the positive reaction from the markets kinda warms my heart. The fact that they have put so much of their properties up for sale diffuses the concern over such things as DD&A rates -- if they really are able to sell majority, yet non-operated, interests in some of their properties then that will blaze a whole new trail for the E&P companies and should give the stock price quite a boost.

In addition to this they also plan to do an MLP for their midstream assets. Anadarko just did this, their MLP is called Western Gas Resources, ticker WES, and it was originally trying to get between $20-22 per unit, lowered the range to $17-19, and then ultimately went out last week at $16.50. This indicates the market for MLP's has still not recovered all the way yet, even midstream MLP's.
