Yea, I don't know a whole lot about it either. It appears as though Cornell got the better of the deal, but there is a confidential agreement to the whole deal, so there may be some good to this that we are unaware of. There could also be some bad to it as well that we are unaware of. Since it's confidential, we will probably never know.
