*When* & *When* I am forced to upgrade to Vista, I want SP2 installed on it. I have no time for computer bugs.

XP Pro rocks.

Shadowman; I got a really good package price for the box and the printer. T believe the printer cost me 29.95 after rebate for the package deal. Hard to believe it is as nice as it is, with ports for memory cards from dig cameras etc, and full scanning, copying and printing capabilities. Possibility is that the new printer is set up for Vista, unlike your daughter's. Of course, printers seem to have a shelf life, I find, and as soon as you fall in love with them, you come home one day and find a note on the kitchen table," I'm sick and tired of all your fonts, I have left. Don't bother to call support."
