The share structure for LBWR has been very static ever since the last of the 504's went in - bearing in mind they only did the 1 offering for $1MM even though they could have done them every year.

Also, let's be fair about this. Almost all companies incorporate because they want the ability to sell shares in order to raise capital to build or improve their business. Labwire was no different. They sold $1MM worth of shares, and those shares were to become the public float also know as "the supply". This supply is not going to just sell itself, and therefore the demand has got to be created. How are they going to do it? Well, they are going to hire companies that specialize in just that very thing. Some would like to call this IR, but for the most part it really isn't. For the most part it is pure promotion, for the purpose of selling the 504's into the market. This is why the chart almost always looks like the slope of a ski jump right after a company first goes public. The supply is larger than the demand and therefore the price per share plummets. No surprises there.

And so yeah, Labwire did a 504, and it's chart looks very typical.

Shares entered, and the pps dropped off as expected. Seasoned OTC investors were not surpised, but instead were looking for those shares to run out. That's where we came in. As it just so happened, we learned of Labwire right around that time. We have been here ever since.

But I said all that to say this.... Babybulls was not promotion - it was IR. After much pleading from investors, Labwire went with the only company that would do IR for restricted shares. That company was Babybulls, and at the time we were happy to have them. They were hired to answer the phone, put out PR's, and create interest for the company to increase awareness for the stock. Boy did they turn out to be a stinker. They might have been answering the phone, but that was about it. I think they did about 3 or 4 PR's the entire year we had them. They did zero in the way of exposure, and really turned out to impotent.

At the end of the day they were pretty much a total waste. They did nothing to improve the stock, and never brought in any buyers whatsoever. We called Dexter, and pleaded with him not to pay them anything. I don't know exactly how it all turned out, but perhaps there was some kind negotiations that could be our mystery seller over the last few weeks.

Again I repeat that Labwire only did one 504, and that was 3 years ago. No need for any kind of promotion to move shares.

Now it's all about transparency. The dawn is about to break. What is it going to reveal? What have they been building over the last 3 years?

Details to follow.
