Perhaps, but it needs volume, which currently is uninspiring, and confirmation of a second weekly high this week otherwise it can be construed as a false breakout. Confirmation then on a weekly chart will have to wait another week.

Notice how the CMF has been modest since the recent low of 144 and how the slow stochastics have crossed? I think those are warning signs that bear watching.
