Will you tell me why you think an exhaustive study of relative longevity is mandated? I do not see any mandate in there. Please clarify for me wherein you see the mandate.


The quote you provided clearly shows I did not state was mandated by anyone or any power. But instead said, "it is enough to mandate."

By anyone that wants the correct answer to the question of whether life expectancies in the US are longer or shorter than those in other countries when accidental deaths are accounted for properly.
