A friend passed this one on to Anne.

It's become an immediate Fave ... ;)

We've been using the "Baby Bell" peppers [ the colored ones not the green] and Hot banana pepper rings in the filling, like the ones they use to top pizza.

Stuffed Grilled Peppers

Ingredients

6 small to med peppers ("long variety", hot med or mild fine)

1 package of Cream Cheese

Grated med cheddar to taste

Finely minced garlic (1 t) Powdered can be used

Minced jalapeno Peppers (or any hot peppers )

Mix Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and Garlic in a food processor.

Add jalapenos or Hot Banana Peppers and mix well.

Cut tops off the long peppers peppers and remove seeds.

Fill Peppers half full of mixture.

If Grilling place on top rack for last 10 minutes of grilling.

If baking , place in oven at 350 for 20 Minutes.

Be careful the stuffing will be very hot.
