Actually GM is doing very well in EM.

GM has till 2010 to fund the UAW health care negotiation (10 billion).

Then huge savings will result.

Infrastructure is the challenge to all alternative vehicles.

Many liquids are carried efficiently by rail and then truck.

Mtrbe is being replaced bt ethynol when it used as a blend. It is less toxic to the environment and doesn,t show up in ground water.

Most environmentalists talk down partial solutions to the oil problem.

It is a multipronged approach of partial solutions that will enable a reduction in imported oil demand.

Thes are all partial solutions.

They are not the silver bullet - nor will there be one.

The problems and solution vary by geography and local.

They must all be embraced by the grass roots to result in a final collective solution.

You must not be so negative - they are good directions and by no means the one final answer.
