I agree it's good that it's over, however, when you look at the settlement, does it appear as though it was worth it? Remember, you've got to take into consideration all of the legal fees involved, time, etc. There doesn't appear to be a huge dollar amount involved for the battle. I don't know all of the details, but on the surface, it appears as though it cost more than what it was worth, seeing that Cornell seems to have walked away smelling pretty good. It appears as though Cornell got a lot of what they wanted. All my opinion, Shane
