Right. Say "comfortable" is 80 degrees F. You place your left hand (deflation) into a bucket of 35 degree ice water. You place your right hand (inflation) into a bucket of 85 degree warm water. You tell me the net effect. I think we are in the midst of huge behind-the-scenes deflation. Eventually, inevitably, center stage inflation is/will be the tool used to correct the imbalance. We are in those early days now. The right hand is nowhere near boiling at this time. But it will be. And we'll (the average Joe) be forced to hold it there until the bitter end.
