Agree about Kuntsler and Clark, obviously. And I think if a liberal wanted to appoint Tribe, the Republicans would likely vote to confirm him, although he wouldn't be my choice. My problem with Obama & Roberts is that Roberts was just so damned qualified, any of the ~20 who voted against him ought to called to task for it. Hillary opposed it, too -- and was in the wrong for doing so.
