No, I didn't say you did; but Obama does -- that's the point I was making.

Bork should never have been kept off the Court. No way in hell.

His name is now a verb for for illegitimate actions of the liberals in keeping a qualified candidate off the Court. This tells the story of just how wrong the actions of the Left were -- that someone can be "borked" off the Court by partisanship is a national embarrassment, IMO.

Agree about Kuntsler and Clark, obviously. And I think if a liberal wanted to appoint Tribe, the Republicans would likely vote to confirm him, although he wouldn't be my choice.

My problem with Obama & Roberts is that Roberts was just so damned qualified, any of the ~20 who voted against him ought to called to task for it. Hillary opposed it, too -- and was in the wrong for doing so.
