Government says latest monthly inflation is only 0.2% (i.e. 2.4% annualized). Looks like they got hold of the Mish report about the 200K average "gain" we have all made as our home prices fell!

I am hoping for home prices to fall further so that I can use those gains to pay for gasoline (whose prices, as you know, fell by 2% last month ;-) )

This is quite true in my case anyway. All my money usually goes to Hell with the blessing of my preacher who has been telling me for years that the love of money is the root of all evil.

Excuse me, my dog is hungry so we need to go pray for some of that money back.
