I read some rumours last night that Balz might be leaving the Washington Post. Either take a buyout like Tom Ricks did or move to another paper. Peter Baker just moved to the NYTimes so that's a possibility.

Let's hope he keeps writing.

In this video, McCain implies that our military involvement in the ME is because of oil:
