Why does the fed have the right to shove its laws on a community that believes religion belongs in everyday life? Washington DC is far from Cleveland TN in many ways. It's in the Constitution, right?

Sent to Zogby this morning: Quote: I believe that medical marijuana may be the most important unidentified issue in this upcoming election. Polls have shown, with some consistency, that between 70%-80% of US voters would allow a doctor to prescribe marijuana for their patients. The elected officials are out of touch with voters on this topic. I believe the question needs to be asked of the voters directly: "Does a candidates stand on medical marijuana impact your vote?" Currently, the marijuana community views Obama as being the candidate which will most likely bring change in that area. I believe this is THE swing factor that is putting him in the lead.
