TJ is a trusted member. At that position he can't be banned. The thread is not democratic. It is merit based. Everybody is equal but some people are more equal than others. Trusted members ca't be banned. People of upgradable material are warned that if they don;t behave they are banned. And then there are thos at the bottom of the barrel. They are summarily banned. They haven't reached the level a responsibility that allow them to participate civilized manner. Not that we are on top of all that sexist: women cannot be banned. So Rose and ilaine can pretty much do whatever they want.
