So you want me to try again too .. huh ? ;)

Thanks William .. I may have to try that one but I think the Cocoa Powder would be overkill. If I used Cocoa pwdr and Oreo Crumbs I wouldn't be able to fly the Dive Bombers over carrying full racks of Chocolate Chunks. lol

I like to have the Flavor of chocolate .. but also the separate flavor of plain cheesecake.

I've already had complaints about the Cracking of the Top and Crust and been told I'll have to go for a ... "DO OVER". lol

As soon as I'm allowed to taste it I'll let you know how it turned out and post the recipe. I baked it in the top oven which is made more for pizza and small stuff .. this rose above the top of the pan .. and even broke off a piece as I pulled the rack out .. as it hit the top burner on the slide out. I could have made 1 and 1/2 Cheesecakes with this recipe.

Hi William,

Was reading the board and going on a walk down memory lane with you. Decided to look in my recipe box and found this that my mother made that is easy and very good.

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

1 cup sugar

6 oz. cream cheese

3/4 cup peanut butter

===========Beat the 3 ingredients together then fold in 8 oz. of Cool Whip. Poor into a chocolate pie crust.
