"calm, rational national discussion without the histronics." Not allowed in a war. The moment someone does that they risk going over to the enemy. "I'm not sure the topic has THAT much weight" That is the popular wisdom. 800,000 people arrested last year. I'm sure that at least some of the villagers are ready to grab up torches and pitchforks. I think the question simply hasn't been asked, because everyone already knows .. Just like everyone knows the voters would never support marijuana for medicine .. oops except in twelve states .. and counting. It's a building wave .. and nobody is asking the questions.
