Even Bill Clinton was against Koyoto for the obvious reasons. How many Americans are going to feel good about cleaning up China's heavy pollution? The American taxpayers will have to pay for China and the rest of the emerging world as well, if we aren't very careful. I think we should have a National Mandate that the House and Senate and all the hangers on have to pay for their own gas every day going to and from work, and otherwise they can take the bus or rapid transit just like the rest of the folks are being mandated into doing.
