Democrat Childers wins Miss. congressional runoff

sunherald.com

"JACKSON, Miss. --
Democrat Travis Childers won a north Mississippi congressional race Tuesday, giving Democrats their third takeover this year of a House seat held by Republicans.

Childers defeated Republican Greg Davis in a special election runoff. He will fill the last several months of a two-year term the GOP's Roger Wicker started in January 2007. Wicker had served in the House since 1994.

Republican Gov. Haley Barbour appointed Wicker to the U.S. Senate in December after Trent Lott retired."

He was a radical when Obama was eight years old! Now, he's Obama's neighbor.

Unfortunately, McCain is Obama's best friend right now.

Thanks to McCain's campaign finance reform bill destroying the First Amendment, upheld by the liberals on the Supreme Court, McCain made it so we can't run political advertisements closer than 60 days to the general election. I say that because McCain isn't going to go after Obama.
