Okay, not that I understand it, but to what end? Who gains by it's dropping at the end of every day?
I really don't have an understanding of how the MM's work but it seems to me that everyone benefits when the PPS goes up. If they're the ones moving shares then they, more than others, gain.
Unless--- they are the ones spreading around shares for shorting?

tevet,
you made a one word comment about my post "manipulation". It would be very easy to understand upward manipulation but why control a stock to keep it even. From what I see, even the few sales we have daily don't amount to enough shares at a time for anyone to be making much money using the float. So what's the point?
