What part of the advertising budget for pharmaceutical companies is used to provide full courses of their drugs for poor people?

If antibiotics are being ignored for things like Viagra2 because Viagra2 offers more profit potential then the profit motive DOES INDEED PREVENT needed new drugs from being developed. Are you actually paying attention to what you are writing because you are not making much sense because then you said:

"If the percent of this money going in to antibiotics is relatively small, that's because the other drugs are seen as a better investment."

What?

Do you know anything about grants?
