The flag was not stolen, why must you lie so much.

1)The teacher took the flag for several stated and justified reasons. Students are not permitted in the gym with other than their PE uniform dress, unless the teacher calls for it. The student was waving it, which is an obvious disruption of the intended activity course. It was inappropriate for the setting and other students were being visibly provoked by it. It is the teacher's job to keep the class on track.

2) The teacher told the student he was welcome to retrieve the flag after class and the student in fact did.

3) You have already admitted the teacher was justified in taking the flag from the student.

"Yes, flag burning is free speech....."

I have already said I would not want to stop someone from promoting their cause of justice by burning flags. I personally see the issue differently and would not do that but I understand the perspective and would not oppose it or vote to pass laws stopping it.

"if the kid wanted to burn his flag...OK"

So if someone owns a flag and wants to burn it, like people who don't respect Americans or America or if they are mad at Americans, the government, or have some personal reason to disrespect the flag, you support them. Is that right?
