CJ, > No they didn't. They took his words, verbatim. The transcript is there for everyone to see, along with Rush's response and MediaMatters.org response to the response. People can come to their own conclusions based on all the data. However, most people won't even bother. Especially in the mainstream media, they'll just take MediaMatters.org word for it, since they're all on the same "progressive" page anyway. Same with the Democrats in Congress, most of whom don't have the time to find out for themselves, yet won't pass up the opportunity to smear Rush and get ClearChannel to censor (or censure) him.
