Judge Pfaelzer is on the case! My old firm had her as judge in several cases, including one I tried. Tough, no nonsense, tends to make up her mind pretty early on, not afraid to stick it to the government where necessary.

She is the last person I'd want to say this about my case: "Mozilo’s actions appear to defeat the very purpose of 10b5-1 plans."

It will be a jury trial, I would think, so the final decision is out of her hands, but Mozilo won't get any favors.
