If you trade the BIG Cap. stocks, then you don't get much say in anything.

I trade a particular sector and they're so small I actually get to talk to the top guy and tell him what I think most of the time.

My Large Caps. are in the sector mutual funds I trade and I expect those fund managers to pull their weight on that stuff.

A MAJOR factor seems to be that the CEO gets to PICK the guys that will be deciding HIS salary and benefits and that's NOT a way to run a railroad.
