Housing hasn't had a chance yet to be an inflation hedge.. Wait till inventory and pricing gets back in balance from the misallocation of capital,lax lending and oversupply of 2003-06. Also watch rents... That article I posted on Los Angeles housing of the 70's is probably the future for housing in many areas of this country in the (being on the housing bust side for 3+ years) but it is obvious to many besides just me<g>
