LIAR. Bush was smearing Obama and very-very dishonestly. He also did it on foreign soil after his people have attacked Jimmy Carter for doing far less on foreign soil. Bush is not only a total incompetent boob, but he is a true crook and traitor. There's just no other way to look at him. He hasn't done us one bit of good in 8 years and has created enormous problems which will take a decade to fix. He also cheated to get elected both times, and was never supported by a majority of Americans except after 9-11 when he shamelessly exploited the attack and made all kinds of false statements and promises, such as catching those responsible.
